The London Games Festival Art Exhibition
The London Games Festival Art Exhibition is curated by Ukie as part of The London Games Festival. Celebrating the culture of games and the hugely creative talent within the interactive entertainment industry.
Ukie (UK Interactive Entertainment) is the not-for-profit trade body for the UK’s games and wider interactive entertainment industry – www.ukie.org.uk
The art exhibition, held at City Hall, London and supported by the Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, brought together a unique collection of game art featuring some never-before-seen pieces from the world of games. The majority of the art on display in the collection was available to buy through an online auction. With all proceeds going to SpecialEffect, a unique charity doing whatever it takes to help everyone with disabilities to have a better quality of life through games, art and technology.
ImageVitae were proud to help Ukie with the online charity auction by providing press advertising for the games trade publication, MCV, to help promote the event and the all important art auction.
